When was the last time you laughed?

Really laughed?

 

 

You know the kind I mean: side splitting, belly aching, tears running down your face,

nose-snorting laughter. When was the last time you giggled uncontrollably? 

 

 

When was the last time that life felt really good?

 

 

Did you know that children laugh - on average - between 300 and 400 times a day ?

But adults? Well, we only laugh on average 17 times a day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Are we so busy making a living,

that we are forgetting to live?

 

We all know that life gets hectic sometimes.

We lose energy and strength. 

We stop finding meaning in our lives.

We lose all sense of joy, purpose or happiness.

Meet Juanita

 

Juanita Rowley earned an MA in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience and Executive Coaching, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)  with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has completed her Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching through the University of Texas at Dallas.
